Dedicated to improving staff efficiency and the student experience, Amy has spent her entire career optimizing the financial aid process while ensuring institutions maintain compliance with Federal Title IV regulations. A nationally renowned and sought-after speaker, Amy champions ideas that can help turn the tide for millions of students who drop out of higher education every year for reasons related to finances. Amy holds a BA in English Secondary Education from the College of St. Rose in Albany, NY and a Master of Science in Higher Education from Walden University.
