Dr. Belinda Mouradian

Dr. Mouradian started her career in clinical health practice at local hospitals in South Florida. She then transitioned to higher education in 2009 and worked as an adjunct, then moved to a tenured faculty position, and later became the Nuclear Medicine Program Director. Dr. Mouradian revised the entire curriculum and successfully brought the program to receive initial programmatic accreditation as well as significantly improving the licensure pass rate to 100% on first attempt. Dr. Mouradian became extremely interested in heightening her involvement with the accreditation process and became an ABHES evaluator in her early years of teaching in higher education. ABHES has been an instrumental part of her life as she has gained an immeasurable wealth of knowledge through the robust visits she has participated in for almost 10 years to date. After receiving tenure and working as faculty for nearly a decade, Dr. Mouradian moved into administrative roles as the District Director for Instructional Design and the Associate Dean for Health Sciences. She served as a Master Quality Matters Reviewer and a faculty facilitator where she avidly worked with training faculty on how to use the learning management system as well as how to transition courses to various instructional deliveries. Dr. Mouradian holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, a Master of Science Degree in Higher Education with a focus in online instruction. She currently holds a district administrative position overseeing all allied health science programs across five campuses at Palm Beach State College.

Lynette Livingston

Dr. Lynette Livingston is a seasoned professional who has dedicated a decade of service to Chippewa Valley Technical College. Currently serving as the Provost and Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs, Dr. Livingston is a trailblazer in higher education, renowned for her visionary leadership. Over the course of her career, Dr. Livingston has spearheaded the accreditation of numerous academic programs, introducing innovative approaches to enhance enrollment and elevate student success. Notable achievements include the establishment of High School Dual Credit Academies spanning over forty school districts, the implementation of seamless articulation agreements with local universities, and the development of guided degree plans. Dr. Livingston's distinctive focus lies in fostering collaboration between the realms of business and education, with a keen emphasis on accessibility, opportunity, and mutual benefit. Her expertise extends to continuous improvement methodologies using SMART goals, and she is a distinguished peer reviewer for the Wisconsin Forward Award and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. Prior to her tenure at CVTC, Dr. Livingston played pivotal roles in public K12 education, serving as a dual credit instructor, district-level administrator, and contributing significantly to the founding and success of two charter schools. A testament to resilience and achievement, Dr. Lynette Livingston is a first-generation college graduate, holding a doctorate in Career and Technical Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Shannon Zattola

Shannon Zottola has over fifteen years of experience in enrollment management and currently serves as Vice President and Dean of Enrollment Management and Marketing at Ursinus College, where she has been in this role since July 2018. In her position, Shannon oversees the following departments: Admission, Student Financial Services, College Communications & Marketing, Enrollment Operations, and Enrollment Research and Analytics. Prior to her position at Ursinus College, Shannon worked at Cabrini University and Marywood University in the areas of Admission and Retention. Shannon is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling (PACAC) and the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO). In addition to presenting at both the national and regional level on various topics regarding admission, enrollment and leadership, she serves on various institutional committees and task forces, and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Ursinus College. Shannon earned a B.S. in Psychology & Criminal Justice, and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to working in higher education, Shannon was a social worker and a waitress, both of which were harder jobs than any she has held before or since. When not working, Shannon spends time with her husband and 2 teenage children at their home in Phoenixville. Also residing there are 9 chickens, 2 dogs, 3 cats, and thousands of honeybees.
