She has served in the healthcare and non-profit sector for over twenty years and has been a faculty member and leader in higher education for over a decade. Anne advocates for access to high-quality, affordable, and equitable education that leads to economic growth, career attainment, and personal goal achievement. She is a leader in career and technical education development as well as program design and implementation. She holds degrees in dental hygiene, health, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Online Teaching, and earned a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership.
