Karen Vignare, Ph.D., M.B.A, is a strategic higher education innovator leveraging emerging technologies to improve student access, success and flexibility. As Vice President of Digital Transformation for Student Success and Executive Director, for the Personalized Learning Consortium (PLC) at the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities, Karen manages a US network of public research universities committed to improving student success equitably focused on enhancing teaching and learning.
