Dr. Kaylynne Glover
Dr. Kaylynne Glover is the co-founder and Policy Director of the FAARM Project, a student-driven effort to address the graduate student mental health crisis through the creation of a Framework for Accountability in Academic Research and Mentoring. She has formerly served as the Director of Legislative Affairs for the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students and in various leadership roles at her doctoral institution, the University of Kentucky, from which she earned her PhD in Biology. She also has an MA in Biological Sciences from Arkansas State University, where she also worked as an academic advisor for pre-professional students, and a BSE in Life/Earth Science Education from the University of Central Arkansas. She is the author of the Graduate Student Life Brief, a white paper and policy brief on the importance and needs of graduate education.
