Leah Schoolcraft is a results-driven digital strategist with a proven track record in content strategy, website management, and marketing communications. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Digital Content in the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, she leads website strategy, digital content creation, video production, and email marketing, driving engagement and compliance. Leah's innovative work includes the successful launch of Tepperperspectives, a thought leadership platform showcasing research and opinion pieces, a 75th anniversary website and video highlighting the achievements of the school, as well as digitally producing the annual magazine. Previously, as a Marketing Technology Manager at Carnegie Mellon, she managed a portfolio of nearly 75 digital tools and acted as a data analyst, delivering data-driven insights through interactive dashboards for senior leadership. Leah's extensive experience includes her role as Communications Specialist at West Virginia University, where she developed a crisis communication plan and significantly increased social media engagement. With a strong foundation in journalism (B.S.) and marketing communications (M.S.) from West Virginia University, Leah is proficient in SEO, analytics, social media management, and multimedia content production. Additionally, her certifications in Google Analytics and HubSpot Content Marketing further emphasize her expertise in digital content and marketing strategy​.
