Lisa Keegan

Lisa Keegan is vice president for student enrollment, engagement, and success at Bucknell University, where she leads a highly collaborative team of student affairs, admissions and financial aid professionals. Since Keegan joined Bucknell in July 2020, the University has seen record level application pools and has admitted the largest and most diverse first-year classes in its history. Under her leadership, the University is launching a Center for Access & Success, which will provide a cohesive system of high-touch mentoring and support for students enrolled in the Bucknell's five national and signature pathway scholarship programs — including the newly created Gateway Scholars program for first-generation college students. In 2021, Keegan’s team received a President’s Diversity & Inclusion award for its work and continued commitment to equity and inclusive excellence. Prior to joining Bucknell, Keegan served as assistant vice president and dean of undergraduate admissions at Elon University. She holds a juris doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Elon.
