Prior to her tenure at Georgia Southern University, Dr. Wright held various faculty and administrative positions at other notable institutions, contributing to her deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in higher education. Dr. Wright is widely recognized for her research in transformative leadership practices and their impact on student success. Her work has been published in several esteemed academic journals, and she regularly presents at national conferences on topics related to educational equity and reform. Dr. Wright has also served on the Board of NAGAP, the Association for Graduate Enrollment Management, and was recently elected President of the organization.
