Tara Gilboa

Tara is the Executive Director of The Tech Talent Partnership, where she strives to increase economic mobility for Coloradans through employer-led pipeline management solutions. She is a former Entrepreneur-in-Residence with the Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator and education leader for several public education institutions. Most recently as the Platform Programs Director at M13 Ventures, she supported the former executive team from Digital Ocean to launch playbooks for hiring and recruiting, organizational design, and OKR frameworks.
