My passion is providing new ideas to improve business processes, especially in areas of higher-education management and systems training program development. I incorporate technology tools and market research to improve outcomes for recruiting and enrollment. I develop systems training programs in plain language, so that users understand the system instead of learning rote tasks. Advanced business writing and speaking skills enable me to create targeted communication and recruitment plans for specific audiences. Innovation in higher-education management, process development, and client training and relations are my primary interests.
