About the Episode
Emily has always loved telling stories. After graduating with a degree in journalism from the University of Ohio, she got a job as a reporter at the local ABC in South Bend, Indiana. After years of finding, crafting, and sharing local news stories with audiences in Indiana's third largest city, Emily desired to tell a new kind of story - one that could have more of a direct impact on her community. In May of this year, Emily took a job at Notre Dame as the Assistant Director of New Media to tell student stories in an attempt to attract new students to the university.
