How to Recruit for a Diverse Pool of Graduate Programs as a One Woman Show

Or listen on:

About the Episode

How do you best divide your time when you're responsible for recruiting for more than 25 graduate programs as a one woman show? On this week's episode of the Enrollify Podcast, Michelle Rubado shares a model she's developed for how to get the content, goals, and insight she needs from faculty to successfully recruit for their programs. Michelle explains her "A, B, C" package model which forces faculty to choose from one of three promotional packages for each program Michelle recruits for. This has enabled clarity for all parties and resulted in a more sustainable recruitment process at the University of Rochester.
