We have an amazing conversation about how she got started in admissions, and how she turned a job into a career at Wofford College. Megan shares the pros and cons of working at your alma mater, her path to becoming a Director, how she handles stress, and we discuss different situations that leaders have to navigate - including the differences between being female versus male.

Megan Tyler is the Director of Admission at Wofford College, a role that she’s been in since 2020. A proud graduate of Wofford, Megan first joined the college’s admission staff as a counselor back in 2015. During her time as a counselor, and then as a Senior Associate Director, Megan had the opportunity to lead Wofford’s Scholars Program, and was also the admissions liaison for new first year students.
